Melayne Wootan is a licensed cosmetologist from Golden West Cosmetology. During her schooling she was president of her class and has worked with well-known stylist and colorist Yosh Toya who was named one of the top 20 hairstylists in the world based out of San Francisco.

Melayne has been doing hair most her life and has specializes in color, cuts, smoothing, and hair extensions. She also enjoys pageants and was a former contestant in the Miss USA system, placing as fourth runner-up in the Miss Arizona USA Pageant in 2007.
